Enable duplex printing and automatic stapling for Ricoh copiers
Download the print driver from Ricoh or HP. The print driver models are found under "General print guide" found here (e.g. Ricoh Aficio SP C830DN for slick-brcfirstfloorcolour).
On the Ricoh website:
- In “Search for equipment downloads” enter the printer model (e.g. IM C####)
- Select “Drivers IM C####”
- Click “I Agree” to Software License Agreement
- Choose the correct Operating System (Windows 11)
- Click “Download” for PCL 6 Driver
- Extract all contents to your Downloads folder
In Windows Settings:
Go to Printers & scanners.
Select Advanced tab.
Click "New Driver" button.
Click Next.
Click Have Disk... click Browse.
Go to the Downloads folder and find the file that was extracted (e.g. z90699L15 for Ricoh) > click Open.
Find "oemsetup" file and double-click or click Open > click OK.
Choose Ricoh in Manufacturer window > select the correct driver model > click Next.
Click Finish.
Click Apply.
You should see the Properties window changed > click on Accessories tab.
Select Finisher SR3320 for only bioloffice and biosci3.
Select Finisher SR3270 for all other Ricoh copiers.
When printing, you can find stapling and duplex printing options in Printing Preferences.
