Focused On Scientific Imaging (FOSI) seminar will take place on March 25th (Tuesday) at 2:30 pm in Life Sciences Centre 1003 (LSC3) or Zoom (Hybrid).
Cormac Toler Scott, a MSc student in Leander lab (Dept of Zoology) will give a talk titled “Sea spider (Arthropoda: Pycnogonida) development at the ultrastructural level”.
Techniques, such as Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and confocal microscopy will be discussed in the talk.
Before the talk (2:15-2:30pm), Snacks and Coffee will be provided for those attending in person outside the seminar room. Please arrive before the seminar starts as food and drinks are not allowed in the room.
For those who don't know about the FOSI seminar, the FOSI seminar series was created to provide a space for everyone to exchange ideas about imaging techniques and to connect with the people who use the imaging techniques that you might need for your research.
We hope that you can join us at this month’s FOSI seminar! For more information, see our home page at http://fosiseminar.wixsite.com/fosiseminarseries.
